I'm Xavi, a queer Latin artist from Southern California. On stage, I'm Violet Paniko.

I grew up surrounded by music and never got to make my own. I was raised a Jehovah's Witness, where the rules kept me from pursuing what I wanted.

Leaving was one of the hardest things I've ever done. It also got me into therapy, gave me new friends, and led me to people who accept all of me.

Now I'm living out the dream I had as a kid. Young Miko and Villano Antillano showed me what queer Latin music can sound like, and I'm here to add my voice to it: Latin trap and R&B that's soft, dreamy, horny, and not sorry about it.
